What kind of products are they?
The products are digital audio files in .aif 24 Bits / 44.1 Khz format.
These files are suitable with most of the digital audio players available on the market (Itunes, VLC, Windows Media Player).
If you want to play them on a removable medium with a space which is more limited, it is possible to convert these files to a lighter format. For instance, with SoundConverter for Mac or Free Make Audio Converter for PC, or even directly online with Online-Audio-Converter.
How long will it take to get delivered?
Instantly after payment.
This is a digital delivery, at the end of the payment process a download link will be instantly send to you.
For PayPal users; when you get back to our website page after payment, it is possible that Paypal servers are overloaded and show you the status of your payment as “Processing”.
Do not hesitate to refresh the page to see the download link.
In any case, you will receive the download link by mail at the end of your payment so you can download your purchase. Check in your spams/ junk mails if you cannot see the mail in your inbox.
Is my payment secured?
The data transferred to our bank are fully encrypted with the SSL encryption system, which is used and recognized widely, so our customers bank-related information is not stored on the servers. Therefore, we do not have access to your bank details.
With these safety measures, there are no risks for you to make a purchase on our website. It is displayed to you on the website page both by:

If you still feel unsecure, do not hesitate to ask your bank for a payment method on the internet using digital card systems such as E-BC, or you can also make a payment with Paypal without having to register for a Paypal account.
Can the products be refunded?
Because it is a digital product and that it can be easily copied and saved on another back-up device we do not provide refunds.
However, if you have purchased a product ELEMENT and that you would like to change it for a higher package such as PROGRESSIVE or ULTIMATE, you can ask us directly in the contact form. We will do our best to satisfy your needs and to think of a better offer for you.
What should I do if my payment is refused?
If your payment has been refused, we advise you to check first if your credit card details were entered correctly. If this is the case, it is possible that your bank refuse to provide access to your account details. For any further information, do not hesitate to contact us by our contact form.
Is it possible to download once again my purchase?
Yes, under certain conditions.
Your product is available for download within 48 hours of purchase, via a link of download that will be sent to you in an order confirmation email. If you wish to download once again your product beyond that deadline, please contact us with the invoice copy attached that we have sent you by mail in our contact form.
Is there a guideline?
Yes, a guideline is provided with each product.
Once you have downloaded the product, a pdf format file with a precise guideline on how you should proceed will be sent to you, along with safety measures and user instructions.
